Irina Shifrin

Irina held the position of the global head of Human Resources at Phillips Auctioneers.  Prior to Phillips Auctioneers, Irina worked for 13 years in the Human Resources Department at "the MET" Metropolitan Museum of Art where she led the team responsible for organizational design and development, leadership development, staff training and development, and employee relations. A native of St. Petersburg, Russia, Irina holds a BA in Education from the Russian State Pedagogical University and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.  IRINA maintains a private consulting practice specializing in organizational effectiveness, talent management and Human Resources services for not-for-profit organizations.

former Managing Officer, Awards and Creative Development at the New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) and Managing Director of the Brooklyn Arts Council. philanthropy as Program Associate, Culture at The Pew Charitable Trusts and Assistant to the Director of Philanthropy at the Rockefeller Family Office.

MARTHA WILSON

is an American feminist performance artist and the founding director of Franklin Furnace Archive art organization. Over the past four decades she has developed and "created innovative photographic and video works that explore her female subjectivity through role-playing, costume transformation, and 'invasions' of other peoples personas". She is a recipient of two National Endowment for the Arts fellowships, a New York Foundation for the Arts fellowship, and an Obie Award and a Bessie Award for commitment to artists’ freedom of expression. She is represented by P•P•O•W gallery in New York City.

Has vast Experience in directing, producing and managing cultural projects, and in Organization, museographic design and assembly of exhibitions. Was director Executive of the Cultural Foundation Plaza Mulato Gil de Castro (Museum of Arts Visuals, MAVI) (2002 - 2010) and General Coordinator of the Museum of Memory and Human Rights (2011-2016).  SHE is currently a member of the Advisers in Visual Arts of the National Council of Culture and the Arts, and is a jury Of the Cultural Management Award (Carmen Waugh).

Tiffany M. Johnson is a cultural producer, archivist, and researcher experienced in working within the arts and culture sector. She is a CCADI Innovative Cultural Advocacy Alumni and will be receiving a Masters of Arts in Global Cultural Studies and Creative Industries in the Fall of 2018. She is currently the Program and Operations Director with Fort Gansevoort Gallery and the Sadie Nash Leadership Project Education Dean. Johnson is dedicated to exploring the boundaries between her professional skill-set and the collective social awareness. She works with artists, businesses, and communities to amplify the dialogue that explores, inspires and highlights contemporary society. Tiffany works alongside professionals across many disciplines, utilizing her production expertise to build stronger communities and relationships.
